Our intro consults are 40-60 minutes long and designed for any fitness level. In the beginning of our session we will find out what motivates you to want to be healthy and fit. We’ll discuss your goals and then talk about how we’re going to help you get there. The rest of our first session together is dedicated to movement. Our coaches will asses how you move, assess how well you can perform the common exercises included in our training program, and talk you through WHY it is important for us to move this way. We finish our session with a little deliberate practice and a taste of what CrossFit has to offer.
