Wednesday: Long form Cardio
Thursday: Barbell Complex
Friday: Bench & Pull-up
Back Squat (Weightlifting Variable Reps & Sets)
Every 3 Minutes
10 at 55%
10 at 65%
Max Reps at 75% (8-12reps)
If you completed the 10 reps at each weight successfully last week increase each 5%
Workout (5 Rounds for time)

3 Pull-ups
3 Burpees
[1-3] 6 Reps of Each
[3-6] 9 Reps of Each
[6-10] 12 Reps of Each
[10-15] 15 Reps of Each
Goal is to get the work done as fast as possible in each interval then have some rest to hit the next set.
