This is the second wave through of our 95% test. We will be going through one more time before testing our maxes so really give these your best effort and try and hit 2 or possibly 3 reps if you can to be ready for a new one rep PR!
Monday: Bench Press
Tuesday: Squats
Wednesday: Deadlift & Strict Press
Thursday: HYROX 60
Friday: Olympic Lift Choice
Bench Press (6 Sets of 1 rep)
Alternate with Weighted Pullup
Start at roughly 75-80%
Weighted Pull-ups
