Tuesday: Back Squat
Wednesday: Upper Body, Core & Cardio
Thursday: Front or Overhead Squat
Friday: Clean or Snatch

12 Alternating Minutes of:
6 Bench Press Starting at 65%
6 HEAVY Rows each arm
Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
Every 3min for 5 Rounds

Toes to Bar
Max DB Z Press 50s/35s or Strict HSPU
