Monday: Bench Press & Weighted Pullup
Tuesday: CF Total (Press, Squat, Deadlift)
Wednesday: 2k Test (Run or Row) & Core
Thursday: Front Squat
Friday: Clean or Snatch
Bench Press (Heavy Single or 3 Rep)
20min to build to a heavy single
Alternate between Bench & Press
Suggestion 5-5-3-2-1-1-1-1
or
6 sets of 3 reps every 3minutes
Weighted Pull-ups
