Full Week Programming
We are one month from the 2026 CrossFit Open. The single largest test of fitness. Over the next month we will test some of the prior workouts as we work towards these amazing 3 weeks. We will participate as a gym during all Friday class times!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: HYROX Intervals (Glute & Core)
Thursday: Front or Overhead Squat
Friday: Press Complex
Saturday: Partner Workout
Sunday: HYROX 90min
Back Squat (Every Minute for 10min)
First 5 Minutes
2 Reps @75-80% of 1RM
Second 5 Minutes
1 Rep @85% of 1RM
Please Keep the weight static across all 5 sets. Should be challenging but not close to maxes
