Hopefully Last week we were able to get some PRs Hit and new numbers added! Now lets use these to get a good deload week before running through it for another full cycle. This week shouldn’t feel “light” but the higher reps def may get you more sore
Monday: Bench Press & Pullups
Tuesday: Deadlift and Press
Wednesday: Lunges, Core & Cardio
Thursday: Olympic Lift Choice
Friday: Back Squat
Bench Press (10-10-10)
Every 2min Alternating with Pullups
10 reps at 50%
10 reps at 60%
10 Reps at 70%
Weighted Pull-ups (10-10-10)
Use bands or Toe assist or rows but needs to be 10 unbroken!
