This week’s programming is inspired by one of our own.
Julia has qualified for the CrossFit Semifinals (Top 250 in the World), and this week we’re honoring that by programming alongside her.
We’ll be running variations of her competition workouts throughout the week — so you’ll be training right there with her.
The rest of the week will be posted tomorrow — expect each day to reflect the demands she’ll be facing.
