5 Reps at 80%
3 Reps at 80%
3 Reps at 85%
3 Reps at 90%
Workout (6 Rounds for time)
Every 3min for 6 Rounds
15/12 Cal Bike
15 Wall Balls 20/14
15 Box Jumps 24/20
(RX+ add one rep of each Rd)
For RX+ you will still do 15 reps round 1 then 16 round 2 then 17 and so forth.
