Alternating minutes with Weighted Pullups
Try to keep all reps at 90-95%
Weighted Pull-ups (1-1-1-1-1-1)
Workout (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Every 4 Min for 4 Rounds:
20/16 Cal Row
Then AMRAP of:
5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Abmat Sit Ups
