200 Wall Balls (20/14)
150 Alt. DB Snatches (50/35)
100 Toes to Bar
* run 400m together every 5 min, including the start of the workout
Gym work is you go, I go. One partner is always resting while the other is working.
Must complete one movement before moving on to the next.
