15 Burpees
400m Run
Push the runs and get a big rest between rounds.
Core Stabilty and Strength Work
200m KB Overhead Carry
200m Front Rack Carry
200m Briefcase Carry
– out with one arm, back with the other.
-each of these should allow for increase in weight.
