Full Week Programming
Test Week for maxes. Its the first full week of the year, time to see where we are at and be able to best track over the year!
Monday: Bench Press & Weighted Pullup
Tuesday: CF Total (Press, Squat, Deadlift)
Wednesday: 2k Test (Run or Row) & Core
Thursday: Front Squat
Friday: Clean or Snatch
The CrossFit Total (Total Weight)
Back Squat (1 Rep Max)
Shoulder Press (1 Rep Max)
Deadlift (1 Rep Max)
You will have 15min to establish a 1 Rep Max at each movement in the following order
Press 0-15min
Back Squat 15-30min
Deadlift 30-45min
