Next week we will be testing our maxes, so this week is focused on getting some good heavy quality reps and priming ourselves to see where we are at for the start of the year!
Monday: Bench Press & Pullup
Tuesday: Back Squat
Wednesday: HYROX Intervals
Thursday: Deadlift & Press
Friday: Clean or Snatch
Saturday: Partner Workout
Sunday: HYROX Endurance
Workout (18 Rounds for time)
Alternating Every 2:30 for 3 Rounds
A. 400m Run or 30/20 Cal Bike
B. 500/400m Row
C. 400m Run or 30/20 Cal Bike
D. 500/400m Ski
E. 400m Run or 30/20 Cal Bike
F. 25 Burpees or 90’ BBJ
Modify sections as needed to have roughly a 15-30 sec transition time between pieces
