Tuesday: Push Press
Wednesday: Long Form Cardio w “Some” weights 🙂
Thursday: Squat Clean
Friday: Bench

Break Up However you would like: 1rd, 2rds or 4rds
50 Deadlifts 185/125
2000/1600m Row
50 Back Squats 135/95
1600m Run
50 Bench Press 95/65
100/75 Cal Bike
RX+ Go Straight Through!!!
45min Time Cap
None of these lifts should be above 50% of a 1 rep max. You should be very easy doing sets of 10 reps
