In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

Several Different ways to be able to complete this for the day and as always SCALING IS COOL!!

4 Rounds of 25/50/75

I would suggest no more than 25min of total work between the two runs, this way we are not working to total failure and able to workout the rest of the week 🙂
