9x DB Hang Clean 50/35

200m run or 15/12 cal bike


Part B:

3x wall walks

9x shoulder to overhead

200m run or 15/12 cal bike

Rest 2min after completing rounds of A and B

3 rounds of A, then 3 Rounds of B, then 2 Rounds of A and so on…
