Full Week Programming
This is our last Deload week before our final 3 week cycle, these workout styles are some of my favorite as they combine conditioning with some larger volume less load strength training.
For some this week may make you more sore than all the rest 🙂
Monday: Bulgarian Split Squats
Tuesday: Deadlifts & Bench Press
Wednesday: Extra Special EMOM!!
Thursdays: Push Jerks & Gymnastics Pulling
Friday: Choice of Power Cleans or Power Snatches

0-10min
Choice of 1mile run or 2000/1600m Row
10-20min
EMOM 10 Bench Press or Deadlift at 50% of 1RM
20-30min
Choice of 1mile run or 2000/1600m Row
30-40min
EMOM 10 Deadlifts or Bench Press at 50% 1RM
You Can Do One of Each (cardio wise) or Keep it the same
**do not go heavier than 50% even if you can, this is a lot of volume and is meant for good smooth quality reps!
