Full Week Programming
Over the next 6 weeks we are going to be focusing on building strength on the 4 main power lifts. Squat, Deadlift and Presses.
We are going to be attacking it a bit differently though this time. We will be doing a rep progression as opposed to weight so this week let’s really push these 6 rep lifts as these are going to be the weights we will be adding reps to for the next 4 weeks then a test week!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Whitten for Whit🥳🎂
Thursday: Deadlift and Shoulder Press
Friday: Front Squat and Clean
Back Squat (5 sets of 6 Reps)
You Can Build on all 5 Sets but know the heaviest is what we will be using over the next 5 weeks!
Every 3 Minutes w 5 Heavy Knee Raises
Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
5 Rounds of:
2min AMRAP/ 1min Rest
10 Toes to Bar
10 Burpees to Target
Max Front Squats 185/135
