The city is replacing a water valve and will be shutting off the water till then.
All mid day and evening classes will still be open along with The Strip Barbell

Monday: Backsquat
Tuesday: Barbell Press Complex
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Clean or Snatch
Friday: Bench Press
Back Squat (20RM)
12min to build to a heavy 2 or 3 reps
Then
20 Reps at 60% of a Heavy Single!
Push for this, the last 6-8 reps should be a grind
Workout (Time)
15 down to 1 of:
-Air Squats
-Sit-ups
-Pushups
You can still do this even if you don’t come to the gym 🙂
Log it under open gym and still get that last class toward the committed club!
