4min EMOM directly into 6min Run Block
-12 Burpees to Plate
-25m Walking Lunge w Plate 45/35
-50m Unbroken Farmer Carry 70/53 (down & back 2x)
-25m Sled Push (down & back)
-6min run block w Rest
Everyone will run together
Start small on the run if nervous about finishing. The goal is at minimum 1-2min Full Rest Between rounds. I would rather see a pushed pace run in 3-4 min and need rest then running moderate and slower
