Tuesday: Box jumps + Deadlifts
Wednesday: Bench Press
Thursday: Back Squat
Friday: Snatch
Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)
Tabata Alternating
4 sets (20sec work: 10sec switch)
Bar Hang
Box Jumps 24/20 (goal 8-10)
Directly into
Tabata Alternating (4sets)
Bar Hang
Deadlift 225/155 (goal 8-10)
Score the Box Jumps and Deadlifts only
Metcon (Time)
50 Ground to Overhead 45/35
100 Overhead Lunges 45/35
150 Sit-ups
Break up the work however you’d like.
