This is the final 3 weeks of this Strength Cycle, hopefully by now we have some good working numbers in the computer. Lets really push it on those + sets, this is where the most work can be done to help push those one rep maxes!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Squat Clean
Thursday: Deadlift and Strict Press
Friday: Gymnastics and Upper Body Strength
Back Squat
5 Reps at 65%
5 Reps at 75%
5+ Reps at 85%
Every 3 Minutes
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
3 Rds of 90s work: 3min Rest
10 DB Thrusters 50s/35s
10 Pullups
Max Cal Bike
These are meant to be sprints! Work as hard as you can bc you’re getting 2x the rest time!
