This is the final 3 weeks of this Strength Cycle, hopefully by now we have some good working numbers in the computer. Lets really push it on those + sets, this is where the most work can be done to help push those one rep maxes!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Squat Clean
Thursday: Deadlift and Strict Press
Friday: Gymnastics and Upper Body Strength

200m Run or 10/8 Cal Bike

into:
RD 1: 10 Squat Cleans 135/95 60%
RD2: 8 Squat Cleans 155/105 70%
RD3: 6 Squat Cleans 185/125 80%
RD4: 4 Squat Cleans 205/145 90%
RD5: Max Squat Cleans 225/155 95-100%
Count the run as a buy in. Score is completed rounds plus burpees and cleans completed
