This is the final 3 weeks of this Strength Cycle, hopefully by now we have some good working numbers in the computer. Lets really push it on those + sets, this is where the most work can be done to help push those one rep maxes!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Squat Clean
Thursday: Deadlift and Strict Press
Friday: Gymnastics and Upper Body Strength
Deadlift
5 Reps at 65%
5 Reps at 75%
5+ “Quality Reps” at 85%
Alternating 2 Minutes with Shoulder Press
Shoulder Press
Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
Alternating for 10min
Min 1: Max Unbroken Pushups “no pauses”
Min 2: Complete a 250/200m Row
RX+ HSPU kipping is fine
