Use your heaviest weight this week for all 5 sets. If you did a 5×5 last week add 2.5-5% to all lifts for all sets its OK to fail just try a bit heavier its our LAST WEEK!!
Mon: Front Squat & Clean
Tues: Push Press & Pull-ups
Weds: Long Form Cardio
Thurs: Lunge & Snatch
Fri: Deadlift & Bench
Front Squat (5-5-5-5-5)
Hang Power Clean (3-3-3-3-3)
Every 3 Minutes
Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
In a 3 Minute Window
50 Double Unders (same singles)
20 DB Deadlifts 50s/35s
50 Double Unders
Max Toes to Bar
*Rest 90 seconds
Touch both heads of the DB to the ground each rep
