A slight change to our Strength Progression cycle, for the next two weeks we will be building up to set new 1RMS so this week will be 4 sets of 2 and next week 4 singles, try and start with the weight for your first 2 that you did last week as your heaviest 3 then same next week for our singles. MAKE SURE TO LOG THESE!!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Power Clean
Wednesday: Deadlift and Strict Press
Thursday: Glute Thrust Core and Cardio
Friday: Last week of CrossFit Open Workout
Saturday: Partner WOD
Sunday: Gymnastics Skill Work
Weighted Hip Thrust (10-10-10-10-10)
Alternating Minutes with
30sec HEAVY Plank
Metcon (4 Rounds for time)
Every 5min then switch
1) 800m Run
2) 1000/800m Row
3) 50/40 Cal Bike
4) 50 Burpees
RX is 4 of whatever you want
RX+ is 1 of each.
