From the hang:
Every Min for 5 Minutes
3 Squat Cleans
Every min for 5 Minutes
2 Squat Cleans
Every Min for 5 Minutes
1 Squat Clean
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
10min to get as far as possible
50 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
*every time you break 5 Toes to Bar
50 Front Squats 95/65
*Every time you break 5 Toes to Bar
Then increase to 115/85 and complete 25 reps of each
