The next 8 weeks we will be doing a double progression strength series with our Squat, Deadlift and Strict Press.
Tues & Thurs will be focused on the Olympic lifts Snatch Clean and Jerk
Fridays we will be continuing our Muscle Up progressions. I really think that a combination of the strict Chin up and Dips along with the opportunity to continue to practice our RMU we are gonna have several able to get their first!!
Monday: Squat Cycle
Tuesday: Snatch
Wednesday: Deadlift & Press
Thursday: Clean & Jerk
Friday: Chin-ups & Dips or RMU
Saturday: Partner WOD!
Sunday: Gymnastics Progressions
Deadlift (7-7-7-7)
Every 3 Minutes Super set with Press
Use same weight as last week or 65-70%
Shoulder Press (7-7-7-7)
Metcon (5 Rounds for time)
EMOM Alternating for 5 Rounds
12/8 Cal Bike
50 Double Unders or 45sec Practice
Max Wall Handstand hold (45sec Max)
RX+ Freestanding
Kick up into a handstand or as much as you feel comfortable with your feet above your hands. (Min 20sec)
