Thurs: Power Clean & Front Squat
Friday: Bench Press & Row
Saturday: Partner WOD
Sunday: Skill Session and Workout Using it

21 American KB Swings 53/35
12 Pull-ups
Even Rounds
21 Pushups
12 Dips
RX+ Chest to Bar and Ring Dips
