Thursday: Deadlift & Strict Press
Friday: Gymnastics and Upper Body Strength

3 Reps at 85%
1 Rep at 95%
1 Rep at 100/+

1) 20′ Handstand Walk
2) 2 Wall Walks
3) 20 Shoulder Taps in plank or Feet Elevated on Wall
Have fun with this one and try something new 🙂 don’t worry necessarily about your workout time but keep the skill piece to a maximum of 1 Min each time and the kettle bell “should be” unbroken to start
