Wednesday: Body Weight Sweat Sesh!
Thursday: Deadlift & Strict Press
Friday: Gymnastics and Upper Body Strength

30/20 Cal Bike
6-8min
30 Box Jumps 24/20
8-10min Rest
I don’t care what you start with but keep it in order and everyone will rest together! Each round is 190/180 reps
