Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Body Weight Sweat Sesh!
Thursday: Deadlift & Strict Press
Friday: Gymnastics and Upper Body Strength
Deadlift
5 Reps at 75%
3 Reps at 85%
1 Rep at 95%
1 Rep at 100/+
Alternating Every 2min with Press
Shoulder Press
500m Row (Time)
Max Effort 500m Row
This can and should be done with the same intensity as last weeks bike. GET AFTER IT! Its only one time 🙂
