Every 2 Minutes for 5 Sets Building
3 Deadlifts
2 Hang Power Cleans
1 Shoulder to Overhead
Metcon (5 Rounds for weight)
EMOM Alternating for 5 Rounds
1) 25 Sit-ups
2) 12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Shoulder to Overhead
3) 10 Burpees
Weight Starts at 95/65 but increase as much as you want. The reps have to be done in the minute to count. You can break it up
