While other is rowing
P1: Holds Plank
P2: Holds Reverse Plank
Then 10 down to 1
P1: Bench Press 135/95
P2: Deadlift 225/155
Then repeat but switched.
RX+ 165/110 and 275/185DL
You can do 1600m run intervals (8x200m) instead of rowing
You may RX+ one without the other but remember you are only resting for the quick second your partner is working.

100 Partner Leg Circles. Switch directions every 10 🙂
