While one partner works the other must be holding the barbell
A. 3 Overhand Deadlifts then Hold
B. 2 Front Squats then Hold
C. 1 Jerk then Hold

This is a HUGE core workout. Not only will you be challenged in tbe reps but the holds with tbe barbell are going to be killer!!
