We are half way on our 6 week strength cycle. This is not a retest of our 1RM, this week is 95% and the goal is one or maybe a few additional reps. Some great workouts with some cardio and gymnastics woven in!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Glutes and Abs + a “lil” Cardio
Thursday: Front or Overhead Squat
Friday: Clean or Snatch
