15min to build to a heavy complex of
1 Squat Clean+ 1 Front Squat
or
1 Power Clean + 2 Front Squats
Workout (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20min AMRAP or Completion
3 Rounds of:
30/24 Cal Bike (max 3min)
20 Toes to Bar (max 2min)
Rd1-15 Squat Cleans 135/95 (60%)
Rd2-12 Squat Cleans 185/125 (75%)
Rd3-9 Squat Cleans 225/155 (90%)
