Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

50/40 Cal Bike
40 Sit-ups (Toes to Bar)
30 Wall Balls 20/14 (25/20)
20 Power Cleans 135/95 (165/115)
10 Pull-ups (Bar Muscle Ups)
*If you get to Rd 2 cut the reps in half
Try and keep each piece under 3 minutes if you want to do some of the RX + do so, just keep to times per section
