Full Week Programming
This is a Deload we for Strenth so stay true to the percentages so you can recover to pick up w big weights again next week! I promise, this doesn’t mean you won’t get a good workout or be sore. These are some of my favorites weeks!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Push Press
Wednesday: Long form cardio w Weights 😳
Thursday: Power Clean & Front Squat
Friday: Bench Press
After this week we are going to add back in Snatch so we will have both Olympic Lifts.

Back Squat (DELOAD WEEK)
10 Reps at 40%
10 Reps at 50%
10 Reps at 60%
Every 3 minutes
The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1-minute.
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
