Alternating minutes with Weighted Pullups
Try to keep all reps at 90-95%
Weighted Pull-ups (1-1-1-1-1-1)
Workout (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
15 Min AMRAP
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
10 Pushups
15 Abmat Sit-ups
Can you hold one round a min? (15) Every 90sec? (10) Set a pace and try to hold it!
