12min to build to a heavy 3 rep hand release deadlift
Partner WOD Saturdays (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Push-ups or HSPU
Sit-ups or Toes to Bar
You do a movement then your partner does the next one it’s gonna start out really quick then slow down a bit!
So it goes like this:
Partner A- 5 Deadlifts
Partner B- 5 Pushups
Partner A- 5 Sit-ups or T2B
Partner B- 6 Deadlifts
Partner A- 6 Pushups
partner B- 6 Sit-ups or T2B
Back and forth flipping movements.
Adding one rep after all 3 movements
