DB Deadlifts 50/35s

10 Down to 6

DB Incline Bench Press 50/35s

5 Down to 1

DB Hang Clusters 50/35s

*15 Sync Burpees to Start and after ever completed section
You do 15 Deadlifts, I do 15 deadlifts back and forth down to 11 then changes to Bench then Hang Clusters
