1 Shoulder to Overhead

Workout (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Toes to Bar or 4 Bar Muscle Ups

9 Deadlifts 155/105

6 Hang Power Cleans

3 Shoulder to Overhead

*1 Minute Rest
Push to do both the gymnastics and barbell sets unbroken or max 2 sets
