5 Clean and Jerks (Start no more than 135/95)
First 5 Clean & Jerks must be 135/95 or less but you can add to any weight you would like over the next 4 Rounds. 5 Reps must be completed to count the round so Bike fast to get time to change the weights before the minute starts 🙂
