For the next 8 weeks we will be doing a lifting cycle focusing on Back Squat, Deadlift and the two Presses. Make sure you get your numbers entered into wodify so we can make progress toward some new PRs!
Monday: Back Squat
Tuesday: Bench Press
Wednesday: Core, Cardio & Gymnastics
Thursday: Deadlift and Shoulder Press
Friday: Choice of Olympic Lift
